Refund Policy

At Cosmic Creations Collective LLC, we take pride in crafting high‑quality herbal wellness products, fermented goods, accessories, and creative items. Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges may be issued.

 

1. All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products — including herbal blends, body care items, fermented foods, and handcrafted goods — all sales are generally final.

However, we will gladly review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product was defective upon arrival

Requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

We do not guarantee refunds without proper documentation.

 

3. Non‑Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Herbal blends, teas, tinctures, oils, and body products

  • Fermented foods, pickles, or perishable items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen:

  • File a claim with the carrier

  • Contact us afterward so we can assist

Refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.

 

7. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
